Example private conversation

Run the example to see what the commenter receives.

Four steps. Zero corkboards.

One keyword. A useful next step.

Share a guide, answer a repeated request, or deliver an offer. Choose the response once, then keep track of what happens.

01

Connect your account

Authorize a supported account through its platform. Your social password stays with the platform, not Triggered.

02

Pick the magic word

Choose eligible content and the keyword that starts your workflow. Triggered watches for new matching comments within the platform’s supported coverage.

03

Write the useful bit

On Instagram and Facebook, ask first or deliver privately where permitted. On TikTok and YouTube, write a public reply with an optional link.

04

Check the receipts

Review matches, questions, responses, and delivery attempts in Activity. Test from another account before putting your campaign to work.

What you can build

Useful replies. Less repeat work.

  • Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube connections, depending on your plan
  • Keyword triggers on eligible content or one selected post
  • Ask First or first-message private delivery on supported Instagram and Facebook accounts
  • YouTube and TikTok public comment replies
  • Rotating public-reply variations
  • Resource links, plus file links for Meta private delivery
  • Activity receipts for delivery attempts and responses
Know the boundaries

Different platforms. Different rules.

  • TikTok and YouTube replies are public, not DMs
  • Their comments are checked every five minutes, not instantly
  • TikTok coverage includes the 20 newest owned videos and specifically selected eligible videos
  • YouTube checks the latest 100 channel comment threads, with limits on deeper reply coverage
  • Meta may place private replies in Message Requests
  • No automatic new-follower DMs, broadcasts, or visual branching

Five minutes is a check interval, not a delivery guarantee. Platform permissions, rate limits, moderation, and connection health can affect delivery.
