Triggered focuses on comment-triggered delivery and replies, not a full marketing suite. Instagram and Facebook support private delivery where permitted. TikTok and YouTube support public replies. YouTube is included on Growth and Scale, not Starter. Agency client management, shared inboxes, and white-label features are not included.

Starter includes one connected Instagram, TikTok or Facebook profile and five active automations. Growth and Scale include Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok, within their connected-profile and active-automation allowances. Ask First private delivery is available only on supported Instagram and Facebook accounts; TikTok and YouTube replies are public.
The founder offer is for the first 100 paying customers. Later customers pay the standard rate. Founders keep their rate on the same plan while continuously subscribed. This is a recurring discount, not a lifetime purchase. Sandbox subscriptions are separate from the launch offer. Changing plans uses the new plan’s standard rate unless support expressly agrees otherwise.
Annual plans show the monthly equivalent for comparison. The full yearly amount listed below it is charged upfront, not in monthly installments. Run allowances are per month, even on an annual plan. Unused runs do not roll over. Canceling stops the next renewal, not the current paid period. Refund requests are reviewed through support, with no automatic prorated refunds and your mandatory legal rights preserved. Read the billing terms for the full policy.
Eligible subscribers can review supported plan changes in Billing. Upgrades use prorated billing and require Stripe confirmation. Downgrades are scheduled for the next renewal. Billing-period changes and unsupported changes require support. Changing a founder plan uses standard pricing unless support expressly agrees otherwise. Your connections and saved automations are preserved.
New workflows wait for available allowance. Already-reserved Ask First conversations can finish. Only successfully completed workflows count. There is no automatic upgrade or surprise overage charge. Your billing page shows usage and reset dates. Exempt beta accounts retain their existing access.
