Privacy Policy
Triggered automates social-media conversations. This policy explains what information the service uses to do that job and the choices available to you.
Last updated October 8, 2026Who we are
Triggered is operated by Luciditas LLC (“Triggered,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Questions or privacy requests may be sent to support@gettriggered.app.
Information we collect
- Account and workspace information: your email address, profile details, workspace name, membership, and authentication records.
- Connected social-account information: platform account identifiers, usernames, display names, account type, profile image, granted permissions, connection status, and encrypted access tokens.
- Social content and interactions: post or Reel identifiers and metadata, captions, permalinks, thumbnails, comments, commenter identifiers and usernames, message or quick-reply events, and platform responses needed to run and audit automations.
- Automation content: keywords, reply text, links, downloadable-file URLs, selected posts, delivery settings, and run history, including any retained historical promo-code data.
- Optional lead capture: when an account operator enables email collection, an email address voluntarily provided in a conversation, the account and automation it belongs to, consent wording and its timestamp. People may reply SKIP to receive the resource without signing up for email updates.
- Optional link reporting: a random link identifier, its configured destination, recorded open counts and first-open time associated with an automation run. The link-reporting database does not retain visitors’ IP addresses or browser identifiers. Hosting providers may separately process technical request logs for operations and security.
- Support and technical information: communications you send us and operational information used to secure, diagnose, and improve the service.
- Billing information: Stripe customer, checkout, subscription and invoice identifiers; your selected plan and billing period; payment and renewal status; founder eligibility; terms acceptance; and usage records needed to administer plan allowances. Stripe processes payment-card details on its hosted checkout and billing pages. Triggered does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users; connect authorized social accounts; synchronize eligible content; detect matching comments and eligible Instagram Story replies; send configured public or private replies; deliver links or files; display activity history; maintain security; prevent duplicate deliveries; troubleshoot failures; and respond to support or legal requests. Optional tools record email consent for the account operator, report configured link opens, and send one eligible no-click reminder within the platform’s messaging window. An open is not proof that a person read a message, made a purchase, or is human. Triggered does not send marketing emails on the operator’s behalf through this email-capture feature.
How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only as needed to operate the service, follow your instructions, protect the service and its users, or comply with law. Service providers currently include Meta for Instagram and Facebook integrations, Google for YouTube integration, TikTok for TikTok integration, Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting and application delivery, Resend for transactional email, and Stripe for payment processing, subscription billing, invoices and payment recovery. We share account and billing identifiers and relevant contact information with Stripe to administer your subscription. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Legal bases and your instructions
Where applicable, we process information to perform our agreement with you, follow your requested automation settings, pursue legitimate interests such as security and service reliability, comply with legal obligations, and obtain consent when required. Each user decides which of their own accounts, content, keywords, and replies Triggered processes. Workspace access does not grant another member access to your social connections or related delivery data.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while an account or workspace is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, protect security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Disconnecting a social account stops new synchronization but does not automatically erase workspace records. You may request deletion using our data-deletion instructions.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted platform tokens, tenant-level data separation, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may disconnect a social account, pause or delete automations, or request access, correction, or deletion of information. You may also revoke Triggered’s permissions through the applicable Meta, Google, or TikTok account settings. Revoking access may stop automations from working.
Children
Triggered is intended for businesses and professional account operators, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated when required.
