Data-deletion instructions
Disconnecting is easy. Asking us to remove the remaining records is also easy. No scavenger hunt required.
Last updated August 27, 2026Disconnect a social account
- Sign in to Triggered and open Accounts.
- Select Disconnect for the Instagram account or Facebook Page.
- Review any automations attached to that account and confirm the disconnection.
This stops new synchronization and removes Triggered’s stored connection token. You may also revoke Triggered directly from your Facebook or Instagram business-integration settings.
Request deletion of your Triggered data
- Email hello@Luciditas.co from the email address used for your Triggered account.
- Use the subject Triggered Data Deletion Request.
- Identify the workspace and connected social accounts you want deleted. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or private messages.
We will verify the requester’s authority and process valid requests within the time required by applicable law.
What deletion covers
A completed deletion request generally removes the applicable profile or workspace records, connected-account tokens and metadata, synchronized content metadata, automations, keywords, reply configurations, promo-code pools, webhook events, delivery history, and conversation-session records under our control.
What deletion cannot undo
Deletion does not retract messages or public replies already delivered through a connected platform, remove information retained independently by Meta, Google, TikTok, or a recipient, or override limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
