Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Triggered, a comment-automation service operated by Luciditas LLC.

Last updated October 8, 2026

Agreement

By creating an account or using Triggered, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Triggered for an organization, you represent that you may accept these terms on its behalf.

The service

Triggered lets authorized users connect supported social accounts, monitor eligible comments, match configured keywords, and send configured replies, links, or files. Features may change as Triggered and third-party platforms evolve.

Paid subscriptions and renewal

A paid subscription begins only when you explicitly choose a plan and complete a live checkout. Stripe processes payments for Triggered; Luciditas LLC provides the service. Sandbox checkout uses test payments, does not charge real money, and does not automatically become a live subscription. Existing beta access is not automatically converted into a paid plan.

All prices below are in US dollars. Monthly plans are charged in advance for one month and renew monthly. Annual plans are charged in full in advance for one year and renew annually, not in monthly installments. Your selected plan, billing interval, total charge, any applicable tax, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. No free trial is included unless expressly offered at checkout. By completing a subscription purchase, you authorize the recurring charges shown at checkout until you cancel.

  • Starter: $9 per month or $90 charged upfront per year. Eligible founder rate: $7 per month or $70 charged upfront per year. Includes 1,000 completed runs per month, 1 connected social profile, and 5 active automations. Supported platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
  • Growth: $19 per month or $190 charged upfront per year. Eligible founder rate: $15 per month or $150 charged upfront per year. Includes 5,000 completed runs per month, 4 connected social profiles, and 50 active automations. Supported platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok.
  • Scale: $39 per month or $390 charged upfront per year. Eligible founder rate: $29 per month or $290 charged upfront per year. Includes 20,000 completed runs per month, 8 connected social profiles, and 100 active automations. Supported platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok.

Starter covers one connected Instagram, TikTok or Facebook profile. YouTube is included only on Growth and Scale. These paid-plan platform limits do not remove existing beta access or apply to sandbox payment tests.

What plan allowances include

Allowances belong to the subscribing Triggered account and are shared across its workspaces, not multiplied by creating additional workspaces. One profile means one external social-account, Facebook Page, or YouTube channel identity, including a connection needing reauthorization until you disconnect it. A connected external identity belongs to one Triggered owner and one workspace; it cannot be duplicated into another workspace to share access. Team or agency sharing of connected profiles is not included. Only active automations count toward the automation limit; drafts and paused automations do not.

A completed run is one workflow whose applicable delivery actions finish successfully. Duplicate events, failed or skipped workflows, and partially completed workflows do not consume a completed run. Ask First workflows reserve capacity while waiting for a reply and count as completed runs only after the accepted workflow succeeds. A declined or failed workflow releases its reservation. Pending reservations temporarily reduce the allowance available to start other workflows. A successful workflow uses the monthly window in which it was first admitted, even if the reply or delivery completes in a later window. Already-admitted workflows retain their reserved capacity and may finish while still permitted by the platform, even after a payment or subscription-status change; this does not authorize starting new paid work.

Run allowances reset monthly, including on annual plans. Each monthly window is anchored to the subscription’s original UTC date and time, with shorter months using their last valid day. The next reset is shown in Billing. Unused runs do not roll over. When available capacity is exhausted, eligible matched workflows remain pending until capacity becomes available. They are not guaranteed immediate delivery; they must still be eligible and the automation must still be active when processing resumes. An expired platform reply window can prevent pending delivery without consuming a completed run. There are no automatic upgrades or automatic overage charges. Account and automation limits prevent adding or activating items above the included allowance. Disconnect a profile or pause an automation to make room. Contact support if you need a different plan.

If you move to a lower plan and your saved setup exceeds its connected-profile or active-automation limit, new workflow deliveries remain queued until you disconnect extra profiles and pause extra automations to fit the plan, or upgrade. New YouTube workflows require Growth or Scale and cannot start on Starter. Changing plans does not automatically delete your connections or saved settings. Already-reserved workflows can still finish, subject to platform eligibility.

Founder pricing

Founder pricing is limited to the first 100 eligible paying customers. Starting checkout temporarily reserves a place, but only a successful initial payment confirms it. Test payments do not consume a live founder place. Eligibility is checked at checkout; a marketing display alone does not guarantee availability.

The founder rate applies to the same uninterrupted subscription while it remains active. Scheduling cancellation does not end the rate before the subscription itself ends. Reversing a scheduled cancellation before that end preserves the same subscription. A temporary failed renewal during the payment-recovery period does not by itself remove the founder rate. If the subscription ends, the founder discount ends; a later new subscription uses the standard rate. A canceled founder place is not recycled into another “first 100” offer. Changing plans or billing intervals is not included in the founder-rate promise unless expressly agreed.

Cancellation and account deletion

You can cancel renewal from Billing through the Stripe customer portal. If you cannot access the portal, contact support@gettriggered.app for assistance. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period shown in Billing. Paid access continues through that period, subject to plan allowances, security requirements, and these terms. No further subscription renewal is charged after cancellation takes effect. Cancel before the displayed renewal date to stop the next renewal. Canceling an annual plan does not convert it to a monthly plan.

Disconnecting a social profile, pausing an automation, deleting a connected platform account, or simply not using Triggered does not cancel a subscription. An account-deletion request and a subscription cancellation are different actions. Cancel renewal in Billing before requesting deletion, or include an explicit cancellation request when contacting support about deletion. You can review our data-deletion instructions.

Changing plans

When self-service plan changes are available, Billing sends you to Stripe to review the new standard price, any prorated charge, and the effective date before you confirm. Upgrades take effect after confirmation and any required payment. Stripe credits eligible unused time from the current plan against the upgraded plan; this is a billing adjustment, not a cash refund. A failed or unconfirmed payment does not grant upgraded allowances.

Downgrades are scheduled for the next renewal, not applied immediately to an already-paid period. If a change cannot be safely scheduled through the available Stripe configuration, contact support@gettriggered.app; no immediate downgrade is substituted. Self-service changes keep the current monthly or annual billing interval. Changing that interval, adjusting an existing scheduled change, or changing a subscription with an outstanding payment requires support review. Changing plans uses the new plan’s standard rate unless support expressly agrees otherwise. It does not automatically delete your social connections or saved automations. The lower-plan allowance rules above apply when a scheduled downgrade takes effect.

Failed payments and access

If a renewal payment fails on a previously paid subscription and the subscription is past due, a seven-day payment-recovery grace period begins when that past-due renewal is first recorded by Triggered. Repeated failed attempts do not restart the grace period. Plan allowances still apply during grace. Update your payment method or pay the outstanding invoice through Billing. A failed initial payment does not start paid access or a grace period.

If payment is not recovered before grace ends, new paid workflow processing is paused until the subscription is eligible again. Pending work remains subject to platform eligibility and automation status when it resumes. A canceled, unpaid, or paused subscription is not granted a payment-recovery grace period. You can still access Billing and the support and cancellation paths; payment failure does not require you to reconnect social accounts. Stripe may retry a failed payment. Pausing workflow processing does not forgive an outstanding invoice or itself cancel renewal. The invoice and subscription status in Billing show whether payment is still due.

Refunds and billing questions

Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a payment already made. We do not automatically issue prorated refunds or credits for unused days, unused runs, unused profiles, or unused automations, including the unused portion of an annual plan. This does not limit any refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or other consumer right required by applicable law.

For a duplicate or incorrect charge, a service issue, or another refund request, contact support@gettriggered.app with your account email and invoice reference. We review requests individually. A refund is not guaranteed unless required by law or expressly confirmed by support. Do not send full payment-card details to support.

Your accounts and authority

You are responsible for safeguarding access to Triggered and for activity in your workspaces. You may connect only social accounts, Pages, content, and data that you are authorized to manage. You must keep contact information accurate and promptly revoke access for anyone who should no longer use a workspace.

Your content and instructions

You retain ownership of the content, automation text, links, files, and other material you provide. You grant Luciditas LLC a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that material only as needed to operate, secure, and support Triggered. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, and consequences of your automated messages and offers.

Optional growth tools

Email capture is optional for both the account operator and the person receiving the message. You must provide accurate consent wording that identifies your intended email use, honor SKIP and opt-out requests, and maintain any notices and unsubscribe mechanisms required for the emails you send. Triggered stores the captured address and consent record for your use and export; it does not send a marketing email campaign through this feature. Opted-out entries are excluded from lead exports. You remain responsible for honoring withdrawal in any list you already exported.

Link reporting covers configured link and file fields, not every URL typed inside a message. Counts can include automated scanners and are not verified people, reads, purchases, or revenue. Optional reminders are limited to one per eligible workflow, only within a recipient-engaged messaging window and while no link open has been recorded. A click or opt-out arriving at the same moment as an external send cannot always stop a message already in flight. Next-post targeting and missed-comment recovery are bounded by provider access, content availability, eligibility, and reply windows. Recovery requires a preview and your explicit confirmation; it is not unlimited historical outreach.

Acceptable use

You may not use Triggered to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or unsolicited content; impersonate others; distribute malware; collect information without proper notice or permission; interfere with the service; bypass platform limits; or violate a connected platform’s terms, policies, messaging windows, or applicable law.

Third-party platforms

Instagram, Facebook, Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other providers control their own APIs, permissions, reviews, limits, outages, and enforcement. Triggered cannot guarantee that a platform will accept, deliver, or continue supporting an automation. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their separate terms.

Supported delivery differs by platform. Eligible Instagram and Facebook workflows can use private messages. YouTube and TikTok workflows use public comment replies; purchasing a plan does not enable private messaging on those platforms. Permissions, recipient settings, messaging windows, and platform rate limits still apply. A successful sending action is not a guarantee that a recipient reads the message or that it reaches their primary inbox. Triggered does not promise instant processing, a particular response time, audience growth, revenue, or a platform approval beyond the features actually available in your account.

Delivery and offers

You are responsible for the accuracy, validity, restrictions, availability, and fulfillment of offers you communicate through Triggered. Network delays, duplicate platform events, expired permissions, deleted posts, or recipient eligibility may affect delivery. Activity records are operational aids, not a guarantee of receipt or redemption.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Beta or preview features may change without notice.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Triggered or request account deletion at any time. Subscription cancellation and refunds are governed by the billing sections above. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful activity, platform-policy violations, nonpayment, or material breach of these terms.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triggered is provided “as is” and “as available.” Luciditas LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luciditas LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the service or a third-party platform.

Changes to terms and prices

If we materially change these terms or a future standard renewal price, we will provide notice before the change takes effect and identify any action you need to take. You may cancel renewal before a new standard price applies. We will not silently convert a monthly subscription into an annual subscription, automatically charge usage overages, or automatically convert a sandbox payment into a live charge. The founder-rate promise above continues to apply to an eligible uninterrupted founder subscription.
